Free shipping to the contiguous US on orders over $200. A lead time on every product. Tracking by email when the order leaves.
Lead times
Each product page shows its own lead time. Stocked lines are shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order items, including non-standard colors and sizes, are shipped within 10 to 15 business days. If a lead time changes after you order, we email you straight away.

How it arrives
Small items go by tracked courier. Pallets, pallet boxes, bins, trucks and other large items arrive on a pallet by liftgate truck, delivered to the curbside or nearest hard standing. Please have someone available to receive and check the goods. Tell us at the time of ordering if access is restricted.
Damaged or missing items
Check the delivery before signing. Note any damage on the paperwork and email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We replace or collect at our cost.
