Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with DecoEuropean through this website, by email or by telephone. By placing an order you accept them. We sell to businesses and consumers across the United States; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, where we are required to collect it, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay. An invoice is emailed when the order is shipped. Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place the order.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where the price or description was listed in error, or where payment cannot be taken. If that happens we tell you promptly and refund any payment made.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout by card, PayPal or Shop Pay. Bulk orders can be quoted and invoiced by arrangement; contact us before ordering.

Delivery

Lead times shown on the site are our best estimate and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full. See the Delivery policy for charges, vehicles and what to do if a delivery is damaged.

Specifications

Capacities, dimensions, load ratings and colors are as stated by the manufacturer and may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. It is your responsibility to make sure a product is suitable for your use, including any food-contact, chemical, temperature or load requirement. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, business or production or for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which DecoEuropean LLC is registered, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
