Delivery and lead times

Every product on this site shows its own lead time. Stocked lines are shipped within 3 to 5 business days of the order being confirmed. Made-to-order items are shipped within 10 to 15 business days unless the product page says otherwise. We email the ship date and a tracking reference when the order leaves us.

Delivery charges

Shipping is free to addresses in the contiguous US on orders over $200. Below that, delivery is calculated at checkout from your ZIP code and the size of the order. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories are quoted at checkout or by email before shipping.

How your order arrives

Small items are sent by tracked courier. Pallets, pallet boxes, bins, trucks and other large or heavy items are delivered on a pallet by a liftgate truck to the curbside or the nearest hard-standing point. The driver cannot carry goods inside, so please make sure someone is available to receive and check the delivery. If access is restricted (narrow roads, no liftgate access, timed slots), tell us when you order and we will arrange the right vehicle.

Checking your delivery

Please check the goods before signing for them. If anything is damaged or missing, note it on the delivery paperwork and email us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs. We will replace damaged items or arrange a collection at our cost.
