Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

Unused stocked products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the items you want to return and we will issue a returns reference. Goods must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return carriage and for the goods until they reach us. We refund the product price in full within 30 days of the return being checked in. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the goods were faulty or sent in error.

Made-to-order and special items

Items made to order, cut to size or supplied in a non-standard color cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty.

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange collection at our cost and send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Warranty

Every product we sell is covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items such as castor tyres and brush heads, and damage caused by misuse, overloading or chemical attack, are not covered. To make a claim, email your order number, a description of the fault and photographs. We repair or replace at our cost.

Business customers

These terms apply to business customers. Consumers have additional rights under the state consumer protection laws, which are not affected by this policy.
