Choosing the right size and material
Start with what it has to hold. Capacities are given in liters and dimensions in mm on every product, so you can check the footprint against your racking, doorways and vehicle bed before you order.
Choose food-grade polyethylene wherever the item touches ingredients or is washed down. Color-coded ranges keep HACCP zones separate, and recycled plastic is a lower-cost choice for dry, non-food areas.
