The DL1208S Food-Grade Plastic Pallet Box – 500L is a durable, hygienic bulk storage solution built to suit Euro-standard handling systems. With a 1200 x 800mm footprint, solid walls and base, and two integrated plastic runners, this container is designed for safe stacking, forklift compatibility, and easy cleaning — ideal for use in food manufacturing, agriculture, meat processing, and high-care industrial environments.
Manufactured from food-grade polyethylene (HDPE), the DL1208S offers outstanding resistance to impact, temperature changes, and chemical exposure. It’s suitable for chilled and ambient storage and is widely used for storing meats, vegetables, seafood, dairy products, ingredients, or packaged goods.
Its smooth, crevice-free interior supports fast, hygienic cleaning, while an optional drop-on plastic lid protects contents from contamination without affecting stackability. Colour variants are available to support colour-coded workflows for allergen control or product separation.
With a standalone load capacity of 700kg and a stack load of 4,000kg, this Dolav-style box is trusted in demanding sectors where strength and hygiene must work hand-in-hand.

Stocked lines are shipped in 3–5 business days from order. Small items travel by tracked courier. Pallets, bins, trucks and other large items are delivered on a pallet to the curbside by a liftgate truck, so someone needs to be on site to receive them. We email the ship date and a tracking reference when the order leaves.
Shipping is free to the contiguous US on orders over $200. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories are quoted at checkout from your ZIP code.
Unused stocked products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You cover return carriage; we refund the product price in full once it is checked in.

Covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear items such as castor tyres and brush heads are excluded.
