Stocked lines are shipped in 3–5 business days from order. Small items travel by tracked courier. Pallets, bins, trucks and other large items are delivered on a pallet to the curbside by a liftgate truck, so someone needs to be on site to receive them. We email the ship date and a tracking reference when the order leaves.

Unused stocked products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You cover return carriage; we refund the product price in full once it is checked in.
